and in the end, the ex-rockclimber, who is not really a novice but joined the novice category for intra-college rock-a-fest came in first. should i be happy about it?
well according to rules, it's actually LEGAL as i've not joined any rock climbing competitions before ( it's true~! din join any last year due to injury) and i'm no ( longer) rock climbing team member. so which means it's okay for me to participate. however, i'm far more experienced then the other competitors u see...so is it fair? and i'm sure after today my reputation will turn bad...the j2 rock climbers will just spread this news as a big joke around the school. does it matter? actually it does...but can i do anything much to it? no. well juz let those idlesome fellows continue to talk about it....it'll just go away by time.
in a sense this award is quite encouraging for the worst rock climber out of the rock climbing team, a trophy for 2 bucks? lol... i wish i dun have to go up to stage to take the prize. what if the people started to boo at me? i wonder...
oh thanks with the girls who gave me a mushroom power boost, but kinda been lamed by it...haha. it's a moral booster but kinda got stucked there...so sorry :(
ran here and there today, cos 3 intra-college games were on for the afternoon. after reporting to rock climbing booth i ran by the 'highway' to the netball site. cant run down the track or i'll see the wall with the route, which will be unfair to the other contestants. however upon reaching there i found out that the first game is shifted all the way to the last~! stunted* so have to run back via the highway again and report for rock climbing. then, it was time to report and we walked to the wall for a 5 mins observation, to see how the route is like. i was quite stunted when i saw the route twining here and there....but it was easier to get over the overhang. as usual the climbers were busy discussing, cursing and virtual-climb the route labelled by black tapes. after that, we have to be quarantined ( not because we have sars) before the climb and wait for our turn. and i was even more stunted when i was told to climb the last as i topped for the last round, among the qualifiers. so i decided to go back to the netball match again~! wahaha...
the match ended off quite fast, just a 4 minute game with halftime in between. after that i went back to rock climbing, again! lol...and it's my turn as they've changed the order of the climbers. so i grabbed a harness and climbing shoes and went to get ready, letting the person behind me in the queue to go first.
the climb was actually quite comfortable, not much of a problem just that i had difficulty finding the tiles....lol. and again i fail to reach the top...lol
haha Qom was on the rockwall and for softball match after that~! lol....it was hilarious la...seeing her start running for no reason after hitting the soft ball which went behind her. not bad la...can run, climb and swing the softball stick. now here, do not underestimate the power of mighty qom. she's strong and can use the mushroom power to give her energy~! lol...
falling asleep already....lol. shall go and take a nap. seeya later....
