lol...i dunno why. i think i ate quite a lot today...with a bowl of soup noodles and blueberry waffle for lunch, old chang kee's spring roll and fish nuggets at 4 plus, dinner was packed chicken rice, and now i'm having campbell soup~! haha....this is sinful. guess i juz needed something warm to deter the cold weather.....

haha...not by me, it's from my mum. she says having bowel problems will make you sleepy and lathargic, and this will affect ur memory. i wonder....lol.
