It was a rather gloomy day with slight drizzle all day long. but it never dampened our spirits in shopping and more shopping! and besides, the weather was cool thus prevented my heat rash from itching.
@ Bugis Street i found one out of 2 blue shirts i needed for arts camp. bought it with another shirt in yellow (my first yellow shirt added to my wardrobe) at $25. got the $1 discount just by asking. woohoo! but i think my darling is more incredilble. she exchanged one slippers, bought a slightly defect white heels @$8, starppy slippers display piece @$14.50 (U.P $15.90) and a floral strappy @ $15.90. total up only $38.40 spent on 3 pairs of footwear! hee. she rocks.
went into Play Imaginative where previously some tofu-oyaku wallpaper were before the shop opened. was so surprised to see so many tofu faces staring @ us! never in our lives have we seen a such a shop, since it's the first. as spoken to the in-charge, this's the only one in singapore. devil robots seldom cooperate with others, but singapore managed to. hurray for us! hope it'll develop into a bigger outlet and have all sorts of furniture for our new home! whee!
signed the membership @$20 which comes with the little tofu freebie worth $19.95, personalized card and most importantly a 30% off on birthday month! haha. i'm going to raid the shop. oops. hee.
had dinner @ thai express. got attention of the manager and surprisingly he still remembers us. got our side dish that he owed us, the fried drumlets. i ate yellow curry with seafood and darling ate glass noodles with prawns.
aww....isn't she pretty? hee.
we used our 1-for-1-main-dish voucher, plus the rebate i had from previous meal guess how much we paid? $4 exact! haha. stunned we were looking at the receipt. i wanted to pay through card but decided that two 2-dollar notes will do. haha.
headed home after dinner on bus 12 as usual, on a single deck. sat at the front few rows but even so infront of us was a couple happily kissing as in the world of their own.
decided to grab the dessert at summerfrost before we go home.
cheeky chimp @$4. same price as our dinner. lol. it's rather unique desert, the sensation of the frost in your mouth like nothing of such experienced before.
and i just cant have enough of you. hee.
