it was a wonderful and fruitful day after all, even though i missed the solar eclipse live telecast from China in the morning and it rained for the whole morning till about 2pm.

meet dear charlene at 3.30pm and went to parkway for a walk but we ended up buying $70+ worth of apparels from FOX. i got myself 2 pairs of bermudas and my dear 2 tops. well at least these bermudas will supplement the pair which had a bad colour run.

from 5.30pm onwards we went roller-blading along with grace and yanlin at ecp, our usual place.

we got grace and yanlin rigged up and dragged them over to the railings before we went back to wear ours. i brought my own blades so i saved $10! hee. the training started when we went back to find them and get them to wiggle in their blades to move forward. yanlin picked up fast but grace still needed i bit of help to keep balance. falls are normal. even i do so. it's more of how to stand up fast i guess.

i feel i've taught well last friday cos my darling can now blade on her own! woohoo!

i think i'm a shy guy. lol.

after all the picture taking we went off in cab and all the girls alighted at Astons and i left them for simpang bedok to meet my OG peeps.

had a mee pataya @ Spize which cost me $5.50. it was damn filling and i could eat no more together with the milo dinosaur. very happy that many made it for the outing.

left the place about 10pm for bedok interchange. at first we wanted to go to the karaoke place but in the end due to the low take up rate we end up at macdonalds, listening to love story, talking about SEXCITING issues. lol.

and you know what's the best thing of the day?

i roller-bladed home from bedok! woohoo!

it was such an exciting journey, with many near-miss and crossings, a few falls.

it was real fun and the furthest i've ever gone on my blades.

but i don't think i'll ever do it again, cos it's so irritating! so much traffic to watch out at so many crossings. and the slopes that are difficult to control speed. zzz..

once in a lifetime experience.
